Ichtus Valentine 2009

Valentine 2009 flew by in a blur. When it was here, though, we spent the day with Ichtus Youth Fellowship, playing games and eating yummy dinner.

Valentine is not Valentine without games for couples. Pairing everyone in the room, the games seek to find the ultimate couples, where the guy knows everything about the gal.

These two were not even a couple, but that didn't stop their big smiles at each other

Following the games was the dinner. Thanks to our chef, Liong and Heru, for a very delicious way to end the night!

Hotpot Party at Pak Stef's House

We just had a hotpot party last weekend, it is part of our IEC Ichtus Youth Fellowship Event (i.e. acara Komisi Pemuda GII). Liong and Jimmy are the main chef for this hotpot party; they are also helped by Mega, Jessica, Pak Pancha dan Ibu Sumanti. Here are some pics I took during the event.

Pak Berlianto Farewell

Pak Berlianto adalah seorang staff di Konsulat Jenderal (Konjen) Indonesia di Vancouver. Orangnya baik dan ramah, dan juga tertarik dengan kamera. Hal inilah yang sering kita bicarakan pada saat kita ketemu. Sayangnya, dia menggunakan Canon, dan saya Nikon :)

Masa kerja beliau di Vancouver udah berakhir dan kemarin, Senin dinihari, beliau meninggalkan kota Vancouver. Berikut ini adalah beberapa foto pada saat pesta perpisahan.

Fondue Party

Last Saturday, I am having fondue party with my friends at Pak Stef's house. It's interesting since this is my first time trying fondue chocolate. For those who don't know what it is, here is how it looks like:
